Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. During this time, we prepare your order, verify the products, and package them securely for shipment.

Orders placed after 17:00 (local time) on a business day, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

2.2. Shipping Timelines

After processing, orders are shipped and delivered within 10 business days, regardless of the destination.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs delays (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

We partner with Asset and FedEx for all shipments to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at motoscents@hotmail.com, which you can use to monitor your shipment’s progress.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

For international orders, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Motoscents is not liable for these charges.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via the Asset or FedEx website.

If you encounter any issues with tracking or have not received your tracking information within 2 business days after shipment, please contact us at motoscents@hotmail.com.

5. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet our estimated shipping and delivery timelines, certain situations may cause delays:

Customs Delays (International Orders): International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.

Public Holidays and Weekends: Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays or weekends.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

Motoscents is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping attempts may be subject to review.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please contact us at motoscents@hotmail.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Asset or FedEx to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email to motoscents@hotmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
